One of the company’s Director’s Ned Doherty founded the company in 2007.

With decades of experience, Ned leads the company’s strategic direction developing relationships with clients and suppliers.

Vastly experienced with more than 25 years in the construction and fit-out industry, Ned continues to lead the company to become a leader in the construction sector.

Contracts Manager

Sean is a highly qualified Contracts Manager with substantial commercial management knowledge and experience combined with a detailed understanding of all aspects of the construction process gained from over 30 years successfully completing projects within the commercial, pharmaceutical and residential sectors of the industry.

Sean has been a member of the Chartered Institute of Building for over 30years and in 2010 completed an MSc in Construction Project Management Level 9.

Sean has considerable knowledge and experience in the preparation, implementation and the monitoring of detailed project planning on projects of varying size, complexity and value.

Office & HR Manager

Lorraine is the Office Manager and HR Manager at Suirside Construction Ltd, bringing years of experience in office administration and human resources. In her dual role, Lorraine ensures the seamless operation of our office while managing essential HR functions.

Her responsibilities include overseeing daily office operations, coordinating administrative tasks, and implementing HR policies that promote a positive and efficient work environment.

EHS Manager

Natasha is an experienced member of staff and has thrived within our company since starting within reception. Natasha has embraced the experience and with a passion for personal development, has gone on to become our Environmental Health & Safety Representative. Natasha has gained unique skills to fulfil the position as a certified Safety Representative in highly professional manner.

Senior Estimator

Quantity Surveyor William Curtin is another vastly experienced member of the Suirside Construction team.

William is responsible for managing all aspects of the tendering & bidding within the company.

He is a central figure in the decision making process throughout the development of a project from initial inception to final completion; advising owners and architects on probable cost of construction schemes and on the costs of alternative designs.

Enda Cummins has over ­­­­­12 years’ worth of experience in the construction industry. With a experienced background, he oversees our live projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget for our customers.

Enda brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the company to ensure targets and goals are met.

John is an experienced and proficient site manager with 16 years on-site knowledge. John has fervent leadership skills to oversee an entire project and convey full site management from pre-construction, to hand over. Possessing analytical skills whilst working closely with our Project Managers and ensuring that all project objectives are achieved on site.
