Construction of New Commercial Unit 01

This project consisted of a new state of the art two storey Optical practice which includes a new dispensary, consulting rooms, a retail display area, and a drive thru collection point on the ground floor located on the Waterford Road. The first floor comprises 3 first floor apartments. Works to the 689m2 building also include all associated ancillary site works, landscaping, steel beams, and columns, and block infill.
