The sport of handball has been played in Kilfane since the early 1900s and almost 100 years later, the game of handball is thriving with the club boasting members from Under-8s to over 80s.

Suirside Construction Ltd were delighted to work on the new 40ft x 20ft handball alley in Kilfane.
The project consisted of the construction of a national standard handball alley and associated site works.
Working with architect Byrne & McCabe and quantity surveyor Alan Morrissey, the project was completed in January 2020 at a cost of €244,000
